In the latest AWR update, we share our insights from the analysis of “Maturity of Practice” data from our industry partner employees, managers and senior leaders. Plus there’s a snapshot of the project progress and a reflection on the impact of COVID-19 on the ageing workforce.

We believe there are many reasons why older workers are good for business; not least the maturity, insight and wisdom they can bring to the workforce. Just as there are benefits from diversity in gender and culture amongst employees, there are also benefits from age diversity, and a global pandemic does not change this fact.
