Consultant – Psychologist (Vic)

Samridhi is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She has a background that blends academic research with hands-on experience in organisational psychology. With experience across teaching and a range of placements in government and consulting, she’s worked on everything from leadership development and psychometric assessments to program evaluation and psychosocial risk strategies. Her masters research explored how sexism and the “double bind” affect women working in Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, and Medicine (STEMM) industries – a topic she’s passionate about and continues to explore.

In her work, Samridhi brings a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach. She thrives in complex problem-solving environments and loves finding creative, evidence-based solutions to tough challenges. Whether she’s co-facilitating a workshop, interpreting assessment results, or developing tailored resources, she focuses on asking the right questions, brainstorming every possible solution, and turning big ideas into practical strategies. Her collaborative style and clear communication make her reliable and trusted in her work.

Outside of work, she’s a curious and creative soul who loves solving crossword puzzles, reading a new book, and diving into random Wikipedia pages – like etymologies of the periodic table elements (yes, really). She’s also a trivia enthusiast and always up for a chat about social issues, psychology, or whatever book/genre of literature she’s currently obsessed with.
