Organisational Psychologist

Penny is a registered and endorsed Organisational Psychologist with extensive experience in coaching, workshop facilitation and organisational consulting. Penny partners with leaders, teams and organisations to navigate the personal and professional challenges that impact performance and wellbeing.

With an interest in leadership development, Penny has designed and delivered strengths-based leadership programs focused on creating culture change, promoting engagement, and building mentally healthy workplaces. Informed by the science of wellbeing, Penny supports clients to increase self-awareness, clarify their values, and take action to flourish across their personal and work lives.

Penny has successfully delivered services as an external consultant to a range of commercial and government organisations, and held positions within the internal People & Culture functions of large organisations. Her experience spans a range of sectors including healthcare, government, financial services and higher education.
