Registered Psychologist (VIC)

Tess Collins is a registered psychologist, currently completing the Organisational Psychology registrar program (to be complete by December 2023). She is also on the committee for the Australian Psychological Society Victorian College of Organisational Psychologists. As a coach and consultant at Transitioning Well, she has assisted organisations from a wide range of industries across NSW to create mentally healthy workplaces. She has also worked on a range of consulting projects, including, writing content for the National Mental Health Commission (NMHC) Career Transition Series. Tess also works with clients in a counselling setting, assisting WorkCover clients with work-related stress, burnout, bullying, role overload and interpersonal concerns.

She completed her Honours research at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden on social proliferation theory with her research in the process for publication. She is passionate about combining organisational, team and individual interventions to improve workplace equality and the prevention of poor mental health.
