Developed for the National Mental Health Commission, the Career Transition Series provides workplaces with research-led and practical approaches to career transitions. It shares stores of organisations that support their people through transitions, and highlights what has worked, relaying lessons for others.

The Parent Well

Funded by the Department of Health & Aged Care, and developed in collaboration with COPE (Centre of Perinatal Excellence), the Parent Well is a digital platform designed to help managers and employees alike manage the transition from 'working person' to 'working parent' well with an emphasis on supporting mental health and wellbeing at this time. 

Ageing Workforce Ready

Transitioning Well collaborated with Australian Super, to create Ageing Workforce Ready, a site of resources designed to protect the mental health and wellbeing of ageing workers in the public transport industry. This project was funded by WorkSafe Victoria's WorkWell Mental Health Improvement Fund.

Developed in collaboration with HR Legal, and an initiative of the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), 10DaysPaidFDVLeave.com.au is designed to be a one-stop hub for small businesses seeking information on how to meet their family and domestic violence leave obligations and follow best practice.
