At Transitioning Well, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with you to achieve the best possible outcomes. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to handle these changes with flexibility and understanding.  

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved. Please review the guidelines below to understand how we manage postponement, reduction of scope of services, and cancellations. 

For Coaching, Supervision & Specialist Support:

For cancellation and/or rescheduling of the Services giving less than or equivalent to 24 hours notice, 100% of total full service/engagement fees remain payable, including all associated travel costs for that coaching session.

For Workshops:

  1. Where cancellation and/or rescheduling of the Services where you provide less than or equivalent to 24 hours written notice, 100% of total full fees are payable, in addition to fees for rescheduled services. Full reimbursement of non-refundable travel costs and other associated costs is required, if applicable. 

  2. Where you provide more than 24 hours but less than or equal to 1 week’s written notice, 50% of total fees remain payable in respect to the cancelled/rescheduled Services in addition to fees for a rescheduled service. Full reimbursement of non-refundable travel costs and other associated costs is required (if applicable).

  3. Where you provide more than 1 week’s written notice no fees will apply, except for relevant development or customisation costs where applicable. Full reimbursement of non-refundable travel costs and associated costs is required (if applicable).

  4. In the event of cancellation/rescheduling, where we have already commenced preparation of content development and/or customisation work, you will be required to pay for such work performed to the date you notify us of the cancellation/rescheduling. The fees for content development and/or customisation work will be charged at the hourly rate specified in the quote or proposal provided, commensurate with the hours spent on such work to the date cancellation/rescheduling is notified to us.

 

For all Services – changes from face-to-face to virtual, or virtual to face-to-face:

  • For face-to-face sessions that are changed to virtual sessions giving 24 hours’ written notice or more, no additional fees will apply. Full reimbursement of non-refundable travel costs and associated costs is required, if applicable.

  • For face-to-face sessions that are changed to virtual sessions giving less than 24 hours’ written notice, we will make every effort to accommodate the request. However, where this is not possible, we reserve the right to consider the session as being cancelled or rescheduled under clause 1 outlined above, with 100% of total fees payable, including Transition Guides if applicable, plus all associated travel costs, if applicable, in addition to fees for rescheduled services.

  • For virtual sessions that are changed to face-to-face sessions, an additional fee will be payable in the amount of the difference between a face-to-face session and a virtual session, and travel costs may be incurred. We will make every effort to accommodate the request, however we cannot guarantee facilitator availability where unexpected travel is required. Where it is not possible to accommodate the request, we reserve the right to consider such a change a cancellation or rescheduling under the terms outlined within these terms and conditions.
