What we do

Transitioning Well are proud to be part of the Wesfarmers Executive Coaching panel

Our coaching program focuses on supporting the wellbeing and mental health of executive leaders, with a specialised focus on support through transition points, those ‘moments of truth' that have the potential to derail, but can also provide enormous opportunities for personal and organisational growth.

Never has there been a time where it has been more important for leaders to be well so that they can lead well.

Executive Leadership Coaching

Our Executive Leadership Coaching provides leaders with the frameworks, tools, and strategies they need to grow and succeed in a senior role at Wesfarmers, while navigating the demands that come with life and work. Our coaches help leaders challenge assumptions, broaden perspectives and access new ways of thinking, helping to unlock sustainable behavioural and mindset shifts that endure beyond coaching.

As part of our Executive Leadership Coaching offering we also offer Transition to Leader support, for leaders entering Executive Leadership Coaching.

Neurodivergent Affirming Coaching

Delivered by one of our highly skilled neurodivergent-affirming coaching psychologists, our coaching will help guide your organisation towards best practice inclusion and diversity policies for all employees.

For neurodivergent leaders

Our tailored coaching offers neurodivergent leaders a private and confidential space to address their specific needs in a workplace context, and harness their strengths to best support their team – and themselves – to thrive.

For leaders supporting neurodivergent employees

Our private and confidential coaching allows leaders to reflect on and enhance their personal understanding – and possible misunderstandings – of neurodivergence with the support of a skilled psychologist. Each session offers a safe place to ask questions, increase knowledge and tailor strategies to their team.

Health-Related Coaching

Our specialised cancer or health-related coaching is tailored to the unique needs and circumstance of each individual, and equips leaders with the emotional and practical strategies they need to best support themselves as they navigate significant health challenges in their lives.

Wellbeing Coaching

Our Wellbeing Coaching is designed to help leaders uncover their wellbeing strengths and barriers. Delivered in tandem with the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS),  leaders will gain a deeper understanding of what strategies can sustain their vitality and energy for leading in the long haul, supporting the development of their wellbeing action plan.

Exit Coaching

Our Exit Coaching is designed to support leaders through the challenging time of redundancy. Through 1:1 sessions with a registered workplace psychologist, leaders will be able to explore the strengths and opportunities that can come during times of transition, like redundancy. During a time of increased uncertainty that can challenge people's identity, value and purpose, coaching can be the guiding arm that can help people become 'unstuck'.

Please note that Exit Coaching is not an outplacement service.
