Hospitality Industry Insurance & Trinity Insurance OVA Community of Practice
Welcome to the Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII) & Trinity Insurance (Trinity) Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) Community of Practice resource page.
Supported by HII and Trinity, and delivered by Transitioning Well, this community is designed to provide a practical, peer‑led space for learning – grounded in real‑world experience and evidence‑based practice.
As a member of the Community of Practice, you will:
- Connect with peers and practitioners managing OVA risks across a range of sectors
- Learn from practical case examples and applied, evidence‑informed approaches
- Strengthen your organisation’s capability to prevent and respond to OVA
- Contribute to shared learning in a trusted, facilitative environment focused on translating insight into action.
Members will have opportunities to connect with others across sectors, deepen capability, and translate insight into action in their own workplaces.
