The Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII) & Trinity Insurance Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) Community of Practice brings together organisations facing similar challenges to share insights, test what works, and strengthen their approach to OVA prevention and response.
Supported by HII and Trinity, and delivered by Transitioning Well, this community is designed to provide a practical, peer‑led space for learning – grounded in real‑world experience and evidence‑based practice.
