Principal Psychologist (NSW)
Gagan is a Principal Psychologist at Transitioning Well and registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She has over a decade’s worth of experience applying her skills in clinical and organisational psychology in the not for profit, private, academic, and public sectors, and a passion for solving challenges for individuals and organisations to enhance culture, performance, and work design.
It is her belief that work should be a safe and accepting space for place for people to flourish, grow, and contribute meaningfully. She has a special interest in developing mental health/wellbeing, coaching and culture and capability development solutions to create positive change at the organisational, team, and individual level.
Gagan brings a deep sense of curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative approach to all her work-partnering with our clients to understand their business and leadership needs and making practical sense of evidence-based methodologies. She speaks three languages, has a deep love for learning, and can often be found immersing in her hobbies of painting, exploring the outdoors, and very unsuccessful attempts to revive her house plants.
