Senior Consultant – Psychologist
Michele is a consultant and Registered Psychologist who advises organisations on organisational development, employee wellbeing, and complex change. She brings more than 20 years of experience across multinational corporations and consulting, including finance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and education sectors. Michele combines deep expertise in organisational psychology and wellbeing interventions with strong commercial acumen, enabling her to translate people and culture insights into practical, business-aligned strategies.
Michele partners with leaders and HR functions to strengthen organisational effectiveness, build leadership capability, and support people and teams to thrive. Her areas of expertise include leadership and change, learning and development, assessment and coaching. She works across systems and individuals, designing and delivering evidence-based solutions that create measurable impact.
Known for her thoughtful and human-centred approach, Michele builds trusted stakeholder relationships and communicates complex ideas with clarity and structure. She is comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings a calm, inquisitive and empathetic style to her work. Continuous learning and development are integral to Michele’s practice, and she stays up to date with the latest evidence-based approaches to support sustainable performance and wellbeing.
Through her Master of Organisational Psychology research, Michele examined interventions that support workforce sustainability, career longevity, and successful workforce transitions. She applies this expertise to help organisations respond to demographic shifts, evolving workforce expectations, and the future of work.
When she is not working, Michele enjoys spending time outdoors, a good coffee, and walking the family’s much-loved chihuahua.
